FOLLOWING*:
*If it becomes necessary for me to cancel my space at the Festival, I
understand that in order to receive a refund of my deposit I should
cancel on or before June 1, 2006.
*I agree to participate Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and
Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or until stage entertainment has
finished.
*I understand and will follow Festival guidelines, including set-up
times and space allocations.
*I will comply with any applicable regulations as set forth by the Roan
Mountain State Park, the Tennessee Department of Health, and the
Tennessee Department of Revenue.
*I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS AN “ARTS AND CRAFT FAIR” AND THAT ALL ITEMS I
WILL SELL ARE HANDCRAFTED PERSONALLY BY ME.
*I will willingly give up my space if my items are not acceptable to the
Club.
